Advisory, strategic support & facilitation

“We need to stop trying to design the solution, and instead design for the conditions that enable the emergence of many solutions.”
– Bill Bannear

Identifying and mapping what’s getting in the way

Morgan – and partners – work to build capacity, capability and competency within organisations to set the right conditions for power shifting change. This work supports a shift from ‘doing to’ and towards ‘working with’ when it comes to lived experience inclusion and service design and delivery. New strategies, frameworks and action plans can guide community-led and informed approaches so that organisations can better partner with the people and communities they work alongside and seek to serve.

What it covers

Slow down and listen deeply… then act. By sitting in the context of the problem together, with the right people, solutions will emerge that make more sense and meet the level of complexity being experienced.
