“Knowledge emerges only through invention and reinvention, through the restless, impatient, continuing, hopeful inquiry human beings pursue in the world, with the world, and with each other.”
– Paulo Freire
For the past decade, Morgan has workshopped with organisations and teams how to better work with and learn from the wisdom of people with lived experience and expertise.
“When I first learnt about co-design and lived experience, my whole world opened up. But I quickly realised there wasn’t much on offer to support those like me to be able to ‘level up’ in their practice.
Ever since, I’ve been focused on finding and translating resources, frameworks, practices and approaches to support people on their lived experience leadership journey. I work in response to what I see and hear, identifying gaps at cross-sectoral and systems levels.
I bring a unique mix of passion, storytelling and practical examples to these workshops, designed to stir organisations, practitioners and lived experience advocates into generative dialogue and action. I look forward to supporting, challenging and learning with you.”
– Founder, Morgan Cataldo
